My Little Guy was so brave on Friday....He had to get blood work done for his 2 year check up...He did so great!! The nurse stuck him and he didn't wimper, cry, scream, or even grunt! He got to pick out what kind of band-aide he wanted..so he choose Spider-Man! Then they gave him the treat bin and he took about 10 lollipops! His extreme great behavior landed him lunch at McDonalds with mom and a toy from Dad! Great Job Buddy!
As you can see Shawn is missing his two front teeth! Well he lost the first one on Saturday. Didn't realize it. He took a bite of a piece of candy that his Dad bought him and thought it was really hard...so he decided to spit it out in the street before jumping into Dad's truck to go with him and get tires.. Then he smiled at Dad and Dad saw blood! Dad asked him what he did and he said nothing! Dad tells Shawn...Buddy, you're bleeding! So after coming in the house and checking with Mom to make sure Shawn did indeed loose a tooth somewhere, sometime in the last 10 minutes...Yup Mom confirms....but where is the tooth!??! Well it was finally found near the truck in the street right where he spit! It only took him another 10 minutes before he told Mom & Dad that he DID spit something out and it wasn't green and red like his candy but white and red! LOL!! Gotta Love Kids.
And the story behind the second tooth....that came out Sunday night. Good Old Uncle Matt pried it out! Then gave Shawn $10.00 for letting him do so!!
