We settled!

We finally settled! Everything went smoothly. Here are a few photos!

The Outside (Obviously)!

Here are a few photos of the inside. Keep in mind that the house needs some work done to it and the fact that there was an old lady living in it that did not have a cleaning ability.

A better view of the kitchen....I know it is a little outdated! But the cabinets are in great shape...if it wasn't for the design....you'd think they were almost brand new!

And the boys painting a wall. Yes it is black. It is chalkboard paint. What a mess that was letting them do that! But they loved it. Not to mention....there is no carpet in this house!
The battery in my camera ran out before I could get any more photos.

We will be cleaning, cleaning, and doing more cleaning before we start prepping the walls for paint.

Today was my dad's birthday so we didn't go over to the house today. Tomorrow we will be back there so I will take more photos. I am doing an album so there will be plenty of before and after photos!
